The 'Mad Scientist' in me came out...
I went back to the 'drawing board', only this time using all of my knowledge, wisdom, experiences, and FAILURES to my advantage.
I was determined to finally address the CAUSE of my struggles, so that I didn't have to deal with the EFFECTS the rest of my life.
And it was throughout that process that I stumbled upon the exact mechanism that was happening in my brain that was CAUSING me to:
- Polish off a tub of ice cream when I wasn’t even hungry.
- Mindlessly scroll through Facebook for an hour at a time.
- Binge-watch an entire series of something on Netflix in a weekend.
(The struggle is REAL!)
But once I was able to help myself understand WHY I do WHAT I do, everything was able to change for me.
- My sugar and food addictions become a thing of the past.
- I no longer felt ‘out of control’ of the habits that felt like they controlled ME more than I controlled THEM.
- I felt grounded, free, and SANE for the first time in my life.
That's when I knew I had to start teaching this system to other women with food struggles, compulsive tendencies, and mindless/stress/emotional habits that they couldn't seem to overcome.
...But without all the controlling, depriving, or mind games.
And the result was something that was unlike anything that was out there.
